Facilities Project Manager Full Time

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Strategic Projects & Lifecycle Manager to join a leading FM provider working across a portfolio of healthcare sites. Reporting into the Senior Leadership Team, this role is key to shaping and delivering lifecycle and capital works in line with long-term estate strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning and delivery of lifecycle works and major project variations
• Oversee project performance – ensuring quality, compliance, and value
• Manage supply chain partners and ensure commercial alignment
• Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless delivery

What You’ll Bring

• A strong FM background, ideally within healthcare or similar regulated environments
• Solid understanding of PFI/PPP contracts and lifecycle planning
• Proven experience delivering projects from concept to completion
• Confident working with stakeholders and managing commercial risk

Ideal Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in construction, engineering, or FM
Project or FM-related certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, IOSH/NEBOSH) preferred
