Gas Commercial Catering Engineer Full Time

Job Vacancy – Dumfries & Galloway.

Unicorn Catering Services Ltd is looking for a permanent experienced Commercial Catering Engineer with a reliable and responsible attitude to join our team.
We cover Dumfries & Galloway which includes Schools, Colleges, Care Homes, Hotel, Restaurants etc.,
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4:30pm.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Must be fully conversant with all aspects of planned preventative maintenance, reactive works & installation of all commercial catering appliances, both (Gas & Electrical) which covers, Ranges, Grills, Combination ovens, Fryers & ware washing equipment etc.
• A qualification in Commercial Catering Gas CCCN1 and COMCAT 1&3 with LPG. Possession of COMCAT 5 would be a distinct advantage.
• Competent in Electrical Safety, Diagnosis and fault finding.
• Must possess a UK driving licence.
• Be enthusiastic, analytical and possess a methodical approach towards your work.
• Attention to detail and quality is paramount, with a continuous improvement mind-set.
• Must possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
