Colchester Borough Homes (CBH) is a company set up by Colchester City Council. As part of the local business community since 2003, we are an award-winning organisation, providing management and maintenance services to around 7,000 residential, commercial and public buildings throughout the City.
About the role
CBH are looking to recruit a natural leader, who has an understanding within the Government sector dealing with project management disciplines and techniques.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects and will plan to oversee the full project lifecycle. You will be required to organise people, tasks and resources to a successful conclusion, meeting the project’s goals and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
About you
Applicants must have a Project Management qualification or significant experience, excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to report at a strategic level, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Applicants should also be flexible in their approach to work and be able to work well as part of a team, and under their own initiative.
