We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to our clients in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support and assistance to clients, including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the most effective solutions for clients
• Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, identifying and resolving faults and defects
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work carried out
• Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of equipment and systems
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures at all times
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar field engineering role
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and/or software engineering principles
• Experience with industrial equipment and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel frequently for work
