Location: Axminster EX13 5HU (Free on-site parking available)

Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Salary: £26,000.00 – £27,000.00

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? We’re a rapidly expanding Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company, and we’re on the lookout for motivated individuals to join our warehouse operations team. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key role in our logistics and fulfilment operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock
• Performing inventory checks and using warehouse systems
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards
• Supporting other team members and adapting to changing priorities

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (for order processing and stock management)
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Forklift licence and/or full driving licence (advantageous but not required)
