Support Worker – Team Motivate

What you’ll do

• Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, meals, and mobility support.
• Offer practical help around the home – cleaning, shopping, cooking, and companionship.
• Support health needs such as taking medication (with training provided).
• Encourage independence, wellbeing, and social connections.
• Work closely with families, carers, and professionals to ensure the best care.

What we’re looking for

• A kind, patient and respectful approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow care plans.
• Flexibility, reliability, and commitment to safeguarding.
• Experience in care is helpful but not essential – full training is provided.

Requirements

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths preferred.
• QCF Level 2 Diploma desirable (or willingness to work towards it).
• Driving licence desirable.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
