We are an established florist in London, providing beautiful floral arrangements for a range of occasions. We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Florist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create beautiful floral arrangements for customers, including bouquets, centrepieces, and arrangements for weddings and events
• Assist with the ordering and receiving of fresh flowers and plants, ensuring that stock levels are maintained
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the shop and the work area
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience
• Manage and organise the shop’s floral displays, ensuring that they are well-presented and refreshed regularly
• Assist with the development of new floral designs and ideas
• Provide guidance and support to other members of the team, including trainee florists and assistants

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Florist, with a strong knowledge of floral design and an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and staff at all levels
• A creative and innovative approach, with the ability to develop new floral designs and ideas
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A flexible approach to work, with the ability to work weekends and evenings as required
