We are now seeking a motivated Office Administration Executive to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.
As a keyholder, you’ll take charge of ensuring the security and functionality of the premises, while also providing essential support to staff and PA duties to the directors in a small close-knit team.
Your day-to-day will vary across tasks including office administration, provide management reports, liaising with customers and suppliers, maintaining a clean and well organised office, prepare refreshments, covering reception, recruitment, assisting with marketing campaigns, providing staff support, update records, providing online and website updates and assist with chasing paperwork and fulfilling orders.
