The Opportunity
As the company’s first dedicated Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind revenue growth. This isn’t just about managing a pipeline, it’s about building one from scratch, shaping the commercial strategy and turning untapped potential into long‑term partnerships.
You will lead on expansion into new OEMs, distributors, refrigeration manufacturers, and major retail groups, while nurturing key strategic accounts already in place. With direct access to the MD and influence across engineering, operations, and production, you will play a central role in how the business scales, innovates and positions itself globally.
