Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outbound Sales Consultant to join our remote sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing leads from companies actively recruiting talent, conducting cold calls, building relationships with key decision-makers, and securing vacancies for our talented candidates. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a keen interest in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and research potential companies that have recruitment needs and meet our criteria.
– Conduct outbound calls to cold leads, introducing our recruitment services and gauging their hiring needs.
– Build and nurture relationships with HR professionals, hiring managers, and decision-makers to create a pipeline of job vacancies.
– Understand clients’ hiring requirements and effectively communicate how our candidates meet their needs.
– Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition of secured vacancies and candidate placement.
– Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and client interactions within our CRM system.
– Meet and exceed weekly sales targets set by the management team.
– Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
– Provide follow-up communication to clients as necessary to reinforce relationships and secure new opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in recruitment or a related industry.
– Strong understanding of the recruitment process and the challenges companies face in hiring talent.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
– Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
– Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
