• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of designers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong conceptual thinking and strategic design skills.
• Expertise in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is desirable.
