Job Title: Caterer

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per year

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Caterer to join our team. As a Caterer, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food for events and parties of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan menus and design dishes based on client preferences and dietary requirements
• Purchase ingredients and ensure they are fresh and of high quality
• Prepare and cook food using various cooking techniques
• Ensure food is presented beautifully and served at the correct temperature
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen area
• Work with the events team to ensure all catering needs are met
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Caterer or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and various cuisines
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for food and a creative approach to menu design
• Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate or higher
