Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CCTV systems in real-time to identify and respond to potential security threats or incidents
• Conduct regular checks of CCTV equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning correctly
• Analyze footage and provide detailed reports to management on any incidents or suspicious activity
• Work closely with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel as needed
• Monitor access control systems and respond to any alarms or breaches
• Conduct investigations into incidents and provide evidence for any legal proceedings
• Maintain accurate records of all security incidents and report to the relevant authorities as required

Requirements:

• SIA license for CCTV operation
• Previous experience operating CCTV systems in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to CCTV operation and data protection
• Proficiency in the use of security-related software and technology
