We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee our company’s contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are properly negotiated, drafted, and executed, and that our company’s interests are protected.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire contract process, including negotiation, drafting, review, and execution
• Ensure that all contracts are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with other departments, including Legal, Finance, and Procurement, to ensure that contract terms are consistent with business needs
• Develop and maintain a contract database to ensure that all contracts are properly tracked and managed
• Monitor contract performance and compliance, and take appropriate action when necessary
• Identify and mitigate contract-related risks
• Provide guidance and training to other employees on contract-related matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Contract Manager, ideally in a large corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of contract law and best practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
