We are looking for an experienced Event Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate events to weddings and parties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, vendor management, and logistics.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on event planning and design.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including caterers, florists, and entertainment providers.
• Create detailed event timelines and ensure all elements are executed flawlessly.
• Manage event staff and oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve event planning services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an event planner, with a track record of successful event execution.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with event planning software and tools is a plus.
• A degree or diploma in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
