We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective hotel operations.
• Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue and expenses, and develop strategies to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing hotel operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience with sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Strong financial management skills, with experience analyzing financial statements and developing strategies to improve profitability.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• A degree or diploma in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
