We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
• Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other project team members
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements
• Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, schedule, and quality metrics
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of construction project management principles, methods, and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building codes
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred
