We are seeking a qualified and experienced Trademark Attorney to join our intellectual property team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of trademark law, including trademark searches, filing and prosecuting trademark applications, and providing infringement and validity opinions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of trademark applications and advise clients on trademark strategy
• Conduct trademark searches and prepare trademark clearance opinions
• Draft and prosecute trademark applications in the UK and Europe
• Conduct infringement and validity analyses and prepare opinions on the same
• Advise clients on trademark licensing and trademark litigation matters
• Keep up-to-date with changes in trademark law and regulations
• Represent clients in hearings before the UK Intellectual Property Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office

Requirements:

• Qualified UK or European Trademark Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in trademark law
• Strong knowledge of UK and European trademark law and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Experience using trademark software and databases
