• Strong conceptual thinking and design skills, with the ability to balance form and function.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials, with experience managing relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
