Get a percentage match on your job applications by using the job tags. The portal will scan each CV with your keywords and give you a score out of 100.
Set up tags
Go to your job vacancy under Manage Jobs.
Click on Edit and scroll down to the field labeled ‘Job Tags’.
Here you can enter up to 10 tags.
For example, If you was posting a Web Developer in Manchester, you may want to use the following tags.
Web Development, Manchester, PHP, WordPress, HTML
These are keywords you are looking for in the candidate’s CV.

Now when you view your job applications, the portal will automatically scan the CV and provide you with a percentage match. Saving you time searching through job applications.
