We are a leading financial services company seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s credit control function, ensuring that debts are paid on time and customers are kept informed of their payment obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the credit control team and ensure the timely collection of outstanding debts
• Manage and monitor customer accounts, ensuring that they are kept up to date and accurate
• Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Produce regular management reports on the performance of the credit control function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Ensure that all customer queries and disputes are dealt with promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in credit control, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and produce meaningful reports
• Knowledge of credit control policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
• Experience working with accounting software and other financial systems
• Relevant qualifications in finance or credit control
