We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager to join our team in London. As the Fire Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are compliant with all relevant fire safety regulations and standards. You will be responsible for creating and implementing fire safety policies and procedures, conducting fire safety risk assessments, and developing and delivering fire safety training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures
• Conduct fire safety risk assessments and develop risk management plans
• Maintain accurate records of fire safety inspections, risk assessments, and training programs
• Work with contractors and external agencies to ensure fire safety compliance
• Conduct fire safety audits and inspections

• Keep up to date with relevant fire safety legislation and industry best practices
• Investigate and report on any fire incidents or near misses

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Fire Safety Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
• Professional qualifications in fire safety management such as NEBOSH Fire Certificate or Fire Safety Management Diploma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the property management industry is a plus
