We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team in Bristol. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products that meet our customers’ needs while staying on brand and within budget. You will work closely with our engineers, marketers, and other team members to ensure that products are developed to the highest standard and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design new products that meet our customers’ needs and fit with our brand
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and preferences
• Create sketches, 3D models, and prototypes of products
• Work closely with engineers to ensure that designs are feasible and meet manufacturing requirements
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product presentations and materials
• Participate in user testing and feedback sessions
• Keep up to date with industry trends and new materials and technologies
• Maintain accurate records and project files

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Designer
• Strong design skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and SolidWorks
• Experience with product development processes and manufacturing requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes
• Experience with prototyping tools and techniques is a plus
