We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team in Birmingham. As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, driving recruitment strategy and delivering excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-calibre talent
• Manage and motivate the recruitment team, providing coaching and support to ensure they achieve their targets and deliver excellent results
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across the organisation to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice in recruitment
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
• Continuously review and improve the recruitment process, ensuring it is efficient and effective

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Manager, preferably within a large and complex organisation
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve their targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
• A proactive and results-driven approach
• Knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in recruitment
• A degree in a relevant subject area is desirable
